Delivery Waiver

Deliveries are done curbside. If we are requested to dump any place else, a waiver must be signed, either in person or one can be sent through email. 

This waiver is to release Asphalt Materials, SP Transport, or any other Trucks of any responsibility that may occur when taking a truck past the curbside.

Delivering beyond the curb may result in additional charges to accommodate the additional truck time.
